ONLINE CLASS INFORMATION

There are several online classes available for both NEW participants or ALUMNI. Each class will last for 56 Days (8 weeks) with new videos launching each Saturday. If you are unsure of which class to take or have questions about the KITS/products available, please talk with your coach. If you don’t yet have a personal 56 Day coach, please contact us at info@thenext56days.com.
