Thenext56days© is dedicated to nutritious healthy food education and is proud to have an outstanding program that showcases recipes, nutritional information, and food samples of the recipes we share in class. Our classes are intended for your education and enjoyment. They are conducted under the direction and supervision of volunteer instructors and may be either demonstration in class, online, or hands-on classes, at our discretion. Your participation is strictly voluntary.

For those participating in class, you are taking this class as your own risk. If you are under the supervision or care of a healthcare medical professional, please consult with them before beginning or participating in thdaysnext56days© or day57andbeyond©.

Because culinary activities can present risks, thenext56days© and Stevethefoodguy© depend on you to use your good judgment and reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others. Please follow the directions of the class instructor. If you have any questions, whatsoever, about your ability to safely follow any instructions you are given, please immediately alert an instructor.

In consideration for your participation in an activity with the classes and taste-testing during the courses of thenext56days© program and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge, agree, and understand that your participation is voluntary and you assume the risks associated with the culinary activity in which you will be participating. Such risks may include, but are not limited to, the risk of physical injury or harm. You further agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless anyone associated with instructing class and the program itself, thenext56days©, and Steve the Food Guy, LLC from any and all claims arising out of an injury, disability, or death resulting from your participation in the culinary and nutrition classes. This waiver specifically includes any claims made by you arising from the alleged negligent acts of thenext56days©, its instructors, agents, locations classes are held within, and any related thenext56days© volunteer and/or subsidiary entities.

Some foods taught in class are NOT healthy or safe for pets to eat. Examples of such foods, but not limited to, would be chocolate, onions, macadamia nuts, avocados, and the approved sweeteners. XYLITOL is dangerous and can be deadly to pets. Many foods that are safe for humans are not good for our pets.

The information discussed and given in thenext56days© course is the sole property of Steve the Food Guy, LLC. The material given out and discussed throughout the course is NOT TO BE DUPLICATED in any format or released for personal profit or gain. The materials and information are copyright protected and the property of Stevethefoodguy, LLC. You are NOT ALLOWED to instruct or hold any gathering in which you provide materials shared, taught, and learned by participating in thenext56days© class.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you understand the importance of this contract and will face penalties if the material from this program is used inappropriately. As a class participant of this course, you do hereby understand the information and severity of this document by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
