Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups of water
  • 3 cups total of mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, chia, flax combined)
  • ½ tsp pink salt
  • 1 tsp rosemary or other herbs of your choice
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husk

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add water and stir well. Set aside and let thicken for 20 min. The mixture will thicken. This will become your “dough.”
  2. Transfer half the mixture over to the baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Spread into a thin layer. You will need 2 baking trays. Take another piece of parchment paper and put it on top of the seed dough. Smooth out with your hands to make a thin layer. Remove the layer of parchment paper.
  3. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Turn off the oven and let crackers cool inside the oven to make crispy. To get evenly sized crackers cut the crackers with a pizza cutter halfway through. If you don’t want to do that, just break the crackers afterwards. Store in an airtight container. If crackers become soft, put them in the microwave, and cook for 30 sec to 1 min to make them crispy again.
