Ingredients
- 1 28 oz jar of salsa
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 can of black beans drained
- 1 pound of lean beef
- 8 oz low sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup quinoa
Directions
- Brown ground beef. Season with black pepper and a little sea salt. Set to side.
- Add all other ingredients to a large stock pot and bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 min or cook on low in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
- Spice it up by adding cayenne pepper, jalapeños, or your favorite hot sauce. Add to your liking.
