Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup PB2
- 1/3 cup Xylitol
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 2 cups unsalted almonds
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
Directions
- Mix coconut oil. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Stir until well incorporated.
- Pour into a mini muffin pan. Freeze to harden. Keep refrigerated.
